Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and accurate individual with strong computer skills to join our team. Experience in home building and/or plumbing is a plus. This is an in-office position only, with hours from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Position will begin January 5, 2026. Key Responsibilities General Administrative Duties • Serve as back-up for phone coverage • Make bank deposits and pick up checks from builders • Perform filing and scanning tasks • Create contracts based on Subdivision and Home options • Create EPOs for additional work Accounts Receivable • Invoice builders for additional or extra work • Reconcile checks and payments received • Bill invoices weekly for homes when Ground, Rough, or Finish stages are completed Accounts Payable • Reconcile monthly invoices from supply houses • Prepare invoices for each home, including options • Review and reconcile supply house invoices daily • Create EPOs for additional work required on homes Essential Skills and Qualifications • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in an office environment • Strong organizational and communication skills with keen attention to detail • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook • SupplyPro experience a plus • Sage experience a plus • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Strong initiative to understand business operations and key relationships • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Highly detail-oriented with superior follow-through • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities • Dependable, team-oriented, and proactive Physical Requirements • Primarily sedentary position; may involve brief standing or walking • Must be able to talk, hear, and perform repetitive motions • Ability to sit, stand, and walk as needed • Visual acuity to read computer screens, color codes, and printed materials Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $52,000 – $70,000 annually (commensurate with experience) Featured Benefits (after 60 days of employment): • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • Life insurance • 401(k) retirement plan • Paid vacation
