Overview We are seeking a bilingual, friendly and professional part time office receptionist to join our office. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting office functions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proficiency with office software, and experience in administrative or clerical roles. Responsibilities • Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner • Process and post client payments • Print or e-mail receipts and statements • Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately • Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records • Maintain organized reception area and office supplies inventory • Assist with customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally Skills • Bilingual - Spanish proficiency required • Proven experience in clerical work or administrative support • Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette • Familiarity with office management procedures and clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and proofreading • Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor • Ability to handle administrative responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Strong computer literacy and familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 18.0 – 20.0 per week Work Location: In person
