Job Title : HR Program Specialist - Employee Experience Location : Pasadena, CA - Onsite Duration : Long Term Roles & Responsibilities • Completed Bachelor's degree • 5+ years of progressive HR experience • 3+ years supporting HR people programs (design thru implementations) • 2+ years of project/program implementation support; including timeline tracking, deliverables management, can translate strategy into execution plans, managing multiple priorities • Experience with employee experience/engagement/wellbeing programs • Experience in healthcare or have worked within academic medicine organization
