Program Manager, Cognos AI (AI-driven AEO and SEO Optimization)Remote | FL, WI, OH, or SC Residents Only Perfectus Labs is looking for an experienced, strategic, and results-oriented Program Manager to lead our flagship Cognos AI SEO program. Cognos AI uses advanced AI technology to automatically audit, optimize, and scale SEO campaigns—helping businesses generate more high-intent traffic and qualified leads without the heavy cost and time of traditional SEO. This is a senior role perfect for a proven leader who excels at managing teams, owning client outcomes, and scaling operational systems in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the overall success of Cognos AI SEO clients. You will lead and develop our team of SEO Account Managers, serve as the primary escalation point for clients, and act as the final authority on campaign strategy and quality control. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring consistency, driving client retention, and shaping the future of one of the most innovative SEO programs in the country. Key Responsibilities: • Lead, mentor, and train the SEO Account Manager team, ensuring delivery meets program standards. • Serve as the primary escalation point for clients, resolving issues quickly and effectively. • Join client kickoff calls to set strategy, align on SEO goals and keyword targets, and establish expectations. • Approve and sign off on client keyword strategies, content plans, on-page optimizations, and link-building approaches. • Develop and maintain training resources, playbooks, and SOPs for the SEO team. • Define and track KPIs for client success, organic traffic growth, and keyword rankings. • Identify and implement improvements to program workflows, processes, and systems. • Partner with leadership to expand program features and service offerings. What You Bring: • 5+ years of experience in program management, client success, or operations (marketing, SEO, or agency preferred). • Proven leadership experience managing and developing client-facing teams. • Deep expertise in client success, escalation handling, and retention strategies. • Strong background in SEO strategy, including keyword research, content planning, technical SEO, and link-building. • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset suited for a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
