What You'll Do: - You will manage customer cases from initiation to resolution, ensuring timely and accurate responses. - You will communicate fluently in both French and English to assist a diverse customer base. - You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues. - You will document all customer interactions and case details accurately in the system. - You will identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to management. - You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and policies. - You will handle escalated cases with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach. - You will contribute to team goals and participate in training sessions to enhance your skills.
