What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or case management, preferably in a bilingual role. - You are fluent in both French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You possess strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You are proficient with customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. - You have the ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing time effectively.
