Working fully remote from Melbourne, FL, you will be the voice of Percepta, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and problem-solving. What You'll Do: - You will manage customer cases from initiation to resolution, ensuring timely and accurate responses. - You will communicate fluently in both French and English to assist a diverse customer base. - You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary. - You will document all customer interactions and case details accurately in the CRM system. - You will identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to management. - You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies. - You will handle multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service standards. - You will contribute to team goals and participate in training sessions to enhance your skills.
