What You'll Do: - You will engage with French-speaking customers to resolve inquiries and provide product or service information. - You will handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience. - You will document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records. - You will collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on customer trends. - You will meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and response times. - You will stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. - You have fluency in both French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You possess strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. - You are comfortable using CRM software and other customer service tools. - You demonstrate adaptability and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
