Full Description

Basic Qualifications: • U.S. Citizenship Required. • Must have the ability to obtain / maintain a Public Trust clearance. • 12 years of experience in project management or technical program leadership. • BS/BA Degree or 10 years' experience with MBA/MS • Experienced in radar modernization, FAA NAS systems, ATC integration, configuration control, vendor management, and technical leadership. • Strong understanding of project management principles, risk management, and performance tracking. • Proven ability to manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies using structured project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid). • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience briefing senior leadership and external customers. • Hands-on experience with risk identification, mitigation, and issue resolution in technical project environments. • Proven ability to develop and manage detailed project schedules and budgets. • Ability to conduct technical reviews, validation activities, and post-implementation assessments. The Role: Senior Technical Project Manager – Surveillance During training and orientation this role will be based in Chantilly and then transition to Bethesda, MD. As a Senior Technical Project Manager on our Surveillance team, you will: • Lead technical delivery across Surveillance and supporting workstreams, aligning engineering, integration, testing, and deployment with the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). • Decompose complex requirements into actionable work packages. • Manage technical dependencies and resolve cross-domain integration risks. • Ensure mission success by driving collaboration across teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
