Lead all aspects of subcontract management for FAA programs, ensuring compliance, performance, and cost-effectiveness, while managing teams and stakeholder relationships.
Over 12 years of supervisory experience in federal contracting, with strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, AMS, and procurement tools, and ability to lead negotiations and manage complex subcontracting activities.
Basic Qualifications: • U.S. Citizenship Required. • Must have the ability to obtain / maintain a Public Trust clearance. • 12 years of experience in a supervisory capacity leading subcontract activities in federal contracting environments. • Strong working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and AMS regulations. • Proven ability to lead negotiations, subcontract strategy, and supplier performance management. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial skills, including cost/price analysis. • Proficiency with procurement or subcontract management tools (e.g., Deltek Costpoint, SAP, PRISM, or similar). • Knowledge of contract types (FFP, T&M, IDIQ, Cost-Reimbursable). • Familiarity with small business subcontracting plans and supplier diversity requirements.
