Manage compliance-related tasks including quality control of requests, action coordination, documentation management, government decision support, meeting support, and reporting on compliance activities.
Requires 1-4 years relevant compliance or legal experience depending on degree, TS/SCI with poly clearance, and ability to use compliance tracking tools.
Experience must include performing compliance, legal, auditing, or related work, and can also include working in an area directly related to the collection, intelligence and cybersecurity industry. The amount of experience required is based on the candidate’s qualifying degree in Degree in Law, Business, Accounting, or a related field (e.g., Finance, Economics, Management and Information Technology): • * Two (2) years of relevant experience and an Associate’s degree OR • One (1) year of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR • Four (4) years of relevant experience without a qualifying degree TS/SCI with poly required. Peraton is seeking an Associate Compliance Operations Support Specialist to join our dynamic team, providing support to the government customer’s Office of Compliance for Cyber and Operations. The Office of Compliance plays a crucial role in implementing a comprehensive compliance program that ensures the operational mission is conducted in alignment with legal, regulatory, and policy requirements while leveraging mission authorities. As an Associate Compliance Operations Support Specialist, you will be an integral part of the team, responsible for managing compliance-related tasks and actions. You will monitor and triage incoming requests, analyze data to create new actions, and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure timely and effective resolution. You will also be responsible for maintaining and organizing documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), decision memos, and tracking spreadsheets, using tools such as Track-It, JIRA, Confluence, and Siteworks. Key Responsibilities: • Quality Control & Monitoring: Perform quality control on incoming requests, monitoring and processing them through to closure. • Action Generation & Coordination: Generate new actions based on incoming requests and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the timely completion of tasks. • Documentation Management: Draft, format, and coordinate Standard Process Forms (SPFs); maintain and update documentation, including official responses, SOPs, tracking spreadsheets, and decision memos. • Government Decision Support: Analyze and summarize key points to support government decision-makers, ensuring all relevant information is clearly communicated. • Meeting Support: Prepare meeting agendas, record decisions, and track follow-on actions to ensure closure. • Reporting & Metrics: Collect and compile information to provide status reports and metrics on ongoing compliance activities. #AJCM
