Overview The PepsiCo North America Talent Management Assesment Associate Manager will play a key role in supporting the selection and assessment process for all frontline hourly and commissioned positions in the US, including driving capability and effectiveness throughout the HR team, field hiring managers, and all selection-related vendor partners. Specifically, the Talent Management Selection/Assessment Associate Manager will primarily be responsible for the design, systems, and policy oversight for hourly hiring of Sales and Manufacturing functions for approximately 40,000 frontline hires per year. The incumbent will partner internally with hiring managers, HR, and legal as an expert on selection/assessment processes and policies and externally with all selection related vendor partners. Responsibilities • Analyze current selection program to identify opportunities and provide recommendations for improvement, as well as measure program effectiveness. • Assist with development of new selection tools (e.g., minimum qualifications, assessments, behaviorally based interview guides), including job analysis and validation (typically criterion and content). • Deliver reporting and dashboards to provide stakeholders visibility to key staffing metrics. • Provide project management support for new selection projects. • Troubleshoot and problem solve selection challenges for field users. Compensation and Benefits: • The expected compensation range for this position is between $89,000 - $149,000. • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
