Company Overview: PepsiCo Retail Merchandiser are responsible for making sure our products are fully stocked, properly rotated, and displayed to standard in high-volume retail environments such as supermarkets and grocery stores. This physically demanding role is ideal for individuals who are energetic, self-motivated, and committed to delivering excellent customer service. Role and Responsibilities: In this role, you will handle merchandising duties and help maintain store presentation standards. Core responsibilities include: • Stock shelves, coolers, and displays with PepsiCo products in assigned retail accounts • Rotate inventory on shelves and in storage areas to maintain freshness • Transport products from backroom to sales floor using equipment such as U-Boats, pallet jacks, and hand trucks • Assemble promotional displays and ensure signage is correctly placed • Keep backroom areas organized and compliant with rotation standards • Build positive working relationships with store personnel and resolve product or display issues • Communicate store concerns to managers and PepsiCo leadership • Follow daily operating procedures including scan-in/scan-out and adhering to assigned routes • Provide responsive, professional customer service during store interactions • Use handheld devices to manage and input orders • Maintain dependable, consistent, and on-time attendance • Perform repetitive physical tasks including bending, reaching, squatting, lifting cases (20–45 lbs), pushing, and pulling throughout shifts Required Skills and Experience: • High school diploma or equivalent preferred • Ability to repeatedly lift, push, and pull up to 45 lbs • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Capable of working independently with strong time management skills • Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed • Valid driver’s license may be required depending on role Compensation and Benefits: • Active, hands-on role with opportunities to build customer relationships • Stable work schedule with advancement opportunities • A supportive, inclusive, and team-oriented workplace About PepsiCo: PepsiCo is a world leader in food and beverages, offering a portfolio of iconic brands such as Pepsi, Mountain Dew, Gatorade, Lay’s, Doritos, and Tropicana.
