Role and Responsibilities: The Inventory Warehouse Clerk role is physically demanding and focuses on accurately building pallets for bulk, route, and transport trucks. Responsibilities include loading and unloading, ensuring order accuracy, and maintaining safety standards in the warehouse. The position requires operating forklifts or electronic pallet jacks while working with electronic or printed order systems. • Assemble pallets for bulk, route, and transport trucks • Operate forklifts and electronic pallet jacks to move and stage product loads • Fulfill orders using electronic systems or printed order sheets • Verify order accuracy and maintain documentation • Follow warehouse procedures for load building and staging • Unload raw materials and place them in designated storage areas • Load transport trucks with completed pallets and manage returned items • Select and stack products for bulk loading, shrink-wrap, and stage for delivery • Customize route truck loads according to salesperson instructions • Unload returned products and packaging materials • Lift cases weighing 20–45 lbs repeatedly during long shifts • Engage in continuous standing, walking, bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and grasping • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and promote a safe work environment Primary Job Accountabilities: • Operate power pallet jacks or forklifts to pick and build loads based on load sheets or voice-pick systems • Mark load tickets for items that are out of stock • Wrap and secure pallets for delivery • Submit paperwork for order verification and truck inspections before loading • Stage and load completed pallets into trucks • Complete and properly store partial or mixed pallets • Maintain dependable and consistent attendance Required Skills and Experience: • Ability to lift and handle cases weighing 20–45 lbs repeatedly during shifts • Capability to perform physically demanding tasks with constant movement • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance with documentation • Commitment to maintaining warehouse safety and cleanliness standards Work Conditions: • Ability to work in various weather conditions • Flexibility with shift durations depending on workload • Physically demanding environment with repetitive lifting and movement Compensation and Benefits: Compensation and benefits details will be shared directly by PepsiCo during the hiring process.
