Overview Join a dynamic team as the Director of Supply Chain Integration for our Value Added Protein (VAP) portfolio, which includes innovative products like Muscle Milk! In this pivotal role, you will shape and execute the long-term supply chain strategy for our dairy products. Partnering closely with senior leadership, you will drive end-to-end program execution across diverse functions, focusing on innovation, commercialization, capacity building, cost reduction, business continuity, and sustainability. Responsibilities • Fuel growth by expertly managing PepsiCo's innovation and commercial pipelines through agile project management and an effective Operating Model. • Act as the Supply Chain leader for the Protein team, offering guidance and decision support aligned with business goals. • Build strong cross-functional connections; ensure consistent execution and results through effective communication and governance. • Lead a range of programs and strategic initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to cost and risk parameters. • Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy for protein products, focusing on sourcing, network planning, and capability development. • Own and manage commercialization plans: set timelines, manage dependencies, and create contingency strategies to safeguard launch dates. • Analyze supply chain feasibility, manufacturing readiness, logistics impacts, and service outcomes to provide informed direction. • Collaborate with Supply Chain Strategy, Procurement, and Planning to develop capacity plans that align with business growth needs. • Facilitate timely, informed decision-making across project teams; proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. • Ensure smooth transitions from execution to replenishment, maintaining clear documentation and performance monitoring. • Leverage learnings from completed programs to enhance the new product commercialization process and team effectiveness. Compensation & Benefits: • Compensation expected between $132,200 - $262,400 based on skills, experience, and location. • Performance-based bonus is 25% of annual salary, plus an additional 10% payout over three years based on eligibility. • Potential long-term incentive equity awards based on performance criteria. • Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, and various reimbursement accounts, along with paid time off for eligible employees. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in a technical or process-focused discipline (e.g., Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Food Science). • Proven experience in dairy manufacturing and ultra-filtered milk supply chains, with knowledge of pasteurized milk regulations. • Experience leading end-to-end commercialization in a cross-functional, matrix setting with R&D, Procurement, and more. • Demonstrated project management skills, adept at driving governance and facilitating decisions in complex environments. • Successful track record in delivering complex initiatives within a fast-paced organizational structure. • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, combining commercial and operational savvy.
