Job Summary We are hiring a Personal Assistant to support a busy family in Issaquah as they prepare for an upcoming move to Sammamish. Our client is seeking someone who can assist with travel planning, vendor management, home organization, bill pay, errands, and light meal prep. The ideal candidate is proactive and takes initiative naturally, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Hours: 15 hours per week, with a blend of on-site and remote work. The client has some flexibility in scheduling, though they prefer an 8:00 a.m. start time for on-site days. Compensation: $28 - $31 per hour, based on experience. Location: Issaquah/Sammamish. This is an on-site position, and candidates must live in the greater Seattle area. Start Date: As soon as possible. Role Description Your role will involve: • Assisting with their upcoming move including vendor coordination, organization projects, donation drop offs • Travel planning • Vendor management • Errands including picking up prescriptions, groceries, etc, donation drop offs • Assisting with online bill pay, submitting insurance claims, entering expenses, tracking receipts, etc. • Helping prepare events • Possible EA tasks down the road • Car servicing • Basic meal and snack prepping Requirements Physical Requirements • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. • Comfortable with dogs.
