Title: Soldering Technician - Printed Circuit Boards Location: Moorestown, NJ 08057 Type: 4 month temp-to-perm Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (four 10 hour days) Pay: $15.49-20/hr Responsibilities • Solder Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and Through-Hole components onto printed circuit boards. • Perform precision soldering and inspection work using a microscope. • Follow IPC-A-610 Class 3 and J-STD-001 workmanship standards. • Read and interpret process documentation including Bills of Material (BOMs), assembly drawings, and work instructions. • Perform rework or touch-up as needed to ensure boards meet quality standards. • Maintain accuracy and quality while meeting production schedules. • Communicate defects or issues to supervisors and engineering as required. • Follow all company safety and quality procedures. Requirements • Experience working to IPC-A-610 Class 3 and J-STD-001 criteria (required). • IPC or J-STD-001 certification strongly preferred. • Hands-on experience soldering SMT and through-hole components on PCBs. • Ability to perform detailed soldering work under a microscope. • Ability to read and understand BOMs, assembly drawings, and related documentation. • Strong attention to detail and fine-motor skills. • Ability to work independently and within a team environment. • Reliability, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality.
