Role Overview • This isn’t a “push papers and hope for the best” kind of processing gig. • As anAU Mortgage Senior Loan Processor (WFH), you’ll run the full race —post-strategy through to settlement— owning files end-to-end with the kind of discipline that keeps rework near zero and clients feeling completely looked after. • You’ll work closely with brokers, lenders, valuers, solicitors, and clients to ensure every submission is compliant, complete, and moving forward — fast, clean, and professionally. Key Responsibilities: • Manage loan applications end-to-end from post-strategy to settlement. • Prepare and submit loan applications viaAOL (Apply Online). • Maintain accurate and complete records inMyCRM. • Monitor lender SLAs and follow up proactively. • Ensure policy alignment and full compliance before submission. • Provide proactive updates to brokers and clients throughout the process. • Identify and escalate risks early with clear documentation. • Coordinate with lenders, valuers, solicitors, and other stakeholders to keep files progressing. Requirements Required Qualifications (Must-Have): • 2+ years’ experience in an end-to-end mortgage processing role. • Proven ability to manage loan files independently from post-strategy to settlement. • Strong knowledge of lender policy and compliance requirements. • Experience in high-volume lending environments. • Strong written English communication skills. • High attention to detail and consistent process discipline. • Ability to work independently in a remote setup. Nice-to-Have: • MyCRMexperience. • AOL (Apply Online)experience. Preferred Qualifications • Demonstrated track record of low-error, low-rework processing performance. • Strong stakeholder management across brokers, lenders, and legal parties. • Continuous improvement mindset (process fixes, not workarounds).
