We are hiring General Labor / Production for the Fort Worth, TX facility. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and are passionate about producing products that make life more comfortable. General Labor / Production Job Summary: • 1st and 2nd shift • 1st shift 6am-6pm • 2nd shift 6pm-6am • Working 6-7 days/week • $13.00/hr • $2/hr attendance bonus (paid weekly) • Temp to hire General Labor / Production Duties: • Operate machinery and equipment used in the production of carpet cushion and underlayment materials • Monitor product quality and report any defects or inconsistencies • Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipment • Maintain a clean and safe work environment • Follow all safety protocols and company procedures • Collaborate with team members and supervisor to meet production goals General Labor / Production Qualifications: • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time • Willingness to work in varying temperature conditions • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality • Previous manufacturing experience a plus but not required Why Peoplelink? • Medical, Dental, Vision & Life insurance available • Direct Deposit Programs • Referral Bonus Program • Weekly Pay Peoplelink, LLC, a leader in the staffing industry for the past 33 years, continues our vision of ‘linking’ communities through employment.
