Description Peoplelink Group is seeking an Inside Program Manager to oversee our on-site staffing program for a valued client. In this role, you'll lead day-to-day operations, foster strong client partnerships, and drive performance within a collaborative, high-achieving team. Schedule: Monday- Friday with flexibility in 1st, 2nd shift Compensation: $50k-$60k How You'll Do It You will be the main point of contact to our client and will partner to develop solutions to meet staffing needs. • Analyzes hiring needs, determines best standard recruiting methods, and creates/deploys client-specific and/or role-specific recruiting plans. • Assist HR representatives, supervisors or temporary employees with all temporary employment needs through ongoing client communication and regular meetings. • Establish strong working relationships with all HR representatives, supervisors, and temporary employees to develop trust and provide excellent customer service. • Responsible for documenting all candidate or associate communications into the operational software system. • Create and maintain multiple reports tracking and accurately demonstrating weekly metrics, open orders, fill time, turnover, headcount, KPI's, and other reports as determined. • May supervise, train, mentor, and coach additional on-site team members. • All other duties as assigned. Physical Requirements: To successfully perform the duties of this job, the staff associate is required to have the ability and skills sufficient to communicate and visit other offices, prospects and clients. In addition, the staff associate must have the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch and manipulate light to medium weights of 10 - 50 pounds. Requires good hand/eye coordination, arm/hand/ finger dexterity including the ability to grasp and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate office equipment and read and write the application information. The staff associate is frequently required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear.
