Position Description: Project Administrator (PH-based, Remote, Project-base) Overview This role provides hands-on support across startup scouting, program delivery, operations, and marketing initiatives. The position plays a key role in identifying and engaging startups, supporting accelerators and platform programs, coordinating events and market visits, managing data and communications, and assisting with the delivery of new projects and partnerships. Key Responsibilities Startup Scouting & Research • Support deal and startup scouting through desktop research (LinkedIn, databases, Google). • Conduct cold and initial outreach to startups and support follow-up activities. • Maintain accurate data input and database management using Airtable. Program & Project Delivery • Provide operational support for accelerator program delivery, including cohort and community management. • Manage cohort communications, reporting, and ongoing engagement. • Support delivery of new initiatives, including the Biologicals platform. • Assist with coordination and operations of new projects such as agricultural trials and partner outreach. Events & Market Visits • Coordinate market visit logistics, including itinerary planning, venue hire, and accommodation bookings. • Support event management activities such as invitations, sponsorship coordination, and stakeholder engagement. Marketing & Communications • Capture program and event activities (content, photos, videos) to promote future initiatives. • Support campaign and content development for marketing and communications. • Set up marketing templates, processes, and promotional materials for new cohorts and programs. General Operations & Support • Support proposal development where required. • Provide general operational coordination and follow-up across projects and stakeholders. Experience Level • Previous experience in program coordination, operations, administration, research, or a similar support role. • Exposure to startup ecosystems, accelerators, innovation programs, or venture environments is highly regarded. • Experience supporting multiple projects or stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with event coordination, community management, or marketing support activities is desirable. Skills & Qualifications • Strong research skills, with the ability to source, analyse, and organise information using online tools and databases. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional outreach and stakeholder engagement. • High level of organisation and attention to detail, with strong follow-through on tasks and deadlines. • Confidence using digital tools such as Airtable, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms. • Ability to manage data accurately and maintain structured systems and processes. • Basic marketing and content coordination skills, including capturing and promoting activities and initiatives. • Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, Agriculture, or a related field (preferred but not essential). • Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
