Job Description WORKDAY BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST | BIG FOUR CONSULTING | PAY: $55-$60 (W2 ONLY) | DURATION: 6+MONTHS | 100% REMOTE Job Title: Workday Business Systems Analyst (Contractor) Client: Big Four Consulting Firm Location: 100% Remote (Dallas, TX) Duration: July 7, 2025 – January 9, 2026 Pay Rate: $?55-$60 per hour (W2 Only) Clearance Requirement:U.S. Citizens only Job Summary Client is seeking a Workday Business Systems Analyst Contractor to support a key Workday initiative. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Workday integrations, calculated fields, EIBs, and Workday Studio, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, effective Workday solutions. This is a fully remote, full-time position. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Workday implementations. • Configure and customize Workday applications to align with specific client needs. • Design and develop complex calculated fields and custom reports for use in EIBs. • Build and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, CCW, XSLT, and Workday Studio . • Conduct data analysis and deliver actionable insights through Workday reporting tools. • Provide technical support and troubleshoot Workday-related issues. • Conduct end-user training sessions to ensure adoption and proper use of Workday functionality. Required Qualifications: • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Workday integrations and reporting. • Proficient in: • Creating complex calculated fields and custom reports for EIBs. • Building and maintaining integrations using EIBs, CCWs, and XSLTs . • Developing integrations with Workday Studio . • Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Experience in delivering remote support and training to distributed teams. • Must be a U.S. Citizen. #PCIT #CONSULTING
