People Architects is partnering with a high-growth consumer products company to hire a Brand President who will take one or more established brands and drive their next stage of scale. This is a true general management role with full accountability for commercial performance. You’ll set direction, allocate investment, and drive results across acquisition, retention, merchandising, product strategy, and channel expansion, partnering with senior functional leaders in marketing, e-commerce, finance, and operations to execute. Responsibilities: • End-to-end responsibility for revenue, margin, and profitability • Define where to play, how to win, and what to stop doing • Guide performance across digital and marketplace channels (and expanding distribution where it makes sense) • Make calls on assortment, innovation roadmap, launches, and lifecycle decisions • Allocate budget across paid growth, retention, customer experience, and product initiatives based on ROI and long-term value • Establish forecasting, KPI rhythm, performance reviews, and a disciplined testing/iteration engine • Ensure claims, compliance, and customer communications protect trust and meet requirements • Align teams and make clear decisions when priorities compete and holding leaders accountable for outcomes Qualifications (required and preferred): • Senior GM/commercial leader from consumer, DTC, e-commerce, or omnichannel environments • Demonstrated P&L ownership and accountability for profitable growth • Strong command of unit economics, trade-offs, and capital allocation • Experience scaling brands and improving performance in dynamic environments • Strategic thinker who can also get hands-on when needed • Comfortable making decisions with imperfect information and moving fast with clarity We are committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
