10+ years IT experience including 5+ years as a Solution Architect with expertise in Power BI, ETL, GCP, CI/CD, APIs, and compliance in automotive or manufacturing domains.
Role Overview: The Solution Architect will be responsible for designing, overseeing, and ensuring the successful implementation of data integration pipelines and executive dashboards. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, project managers, developers, and QA teams to translate requirements into scalable architecture and actionable technical solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Define and own the overall solution architecture for dashboards, ETL pipelines, and integrations across tools such as Jira, Jama, TestRail, GitHub, and Excel. • Lead requirements workshops with stakeholders to finalize KPIs, data sources, and dashboard layouts. • Design role-based, secure, and scalable architecture aligned with enterprise standards and compliance needs. • Guide development teams on building Power BI dashboards, data transformation scripts, and CI/CD pipelines. • Ensure solution alignment with V&V governance process and compliance models (ISO/ASPICE). • Oversee deployment strategy, training, and transition to client teams. • Provide architectural oversight during iterative sprints, ensuring quality, performance, and stakeholder satisfaction. • Collaborate with DevOps and QA teams to validate solution performance and reliability. Required Skills & Experience: • 10+ years in IT with at least 5 years as a Solution Architect in analytics, data integration, or dashboard projects. • Strong expertise in Power BI, ETL/ELT design, and data modeling. • Experience with GCP cloud services, IAM/AD integration, and CI/CD pipelines. • Hands-on knowledge of APIs, data pipelines, and enterprise data platforms. • Familiarity with V&V, QA, and compliance-focused dashboards in automotive or manufacturing domains. • Proven ability to run workshops, translate business KPIs into technical designs, and deliver executive-ready solutions. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Nice to Have: • Experience with Jira, Jama, TestRail, GitHub. • Knowledge of automotive quality frameworks (ISO, ASPICE). • Prior work on shift-left quality dashboards or similar initiatives.
