About the Role TeamHealth is seeking a licensed professional counselor (LPC), licensed mental health counselor (LMHC), or licensed Marriage and family therapist (LMFT) to provide psychotherapy services within skilled nursing facilities. This role allows you to focus on meaningful patient care while completing documentation from home. Role Overview • Schedule: flexible, working 3 days per week, Monday through Friday • Provide psychotherapy services by rounding on assigned patients in a skilled nursing facility • Complete documentation remotely within 48 hours of each visit • Company-provided iPad or laptop for charting Key Responsibilities • Conduct patient assessments and therapy sessions • Collaborate with interdisciplinary facility staff to support patient outcomes • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation Requirements • Active LPC, LMHC, or LMFT license • Experience with Epic or Gehrimed is a plus, not required • Strong organizational and documentation skills Compensation is fee for service (FFS). Expected compensation for this 3-day per week role is an estimated range of $42,165 - $50,598 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.
