PENNINE SECURITY SOLUTIONS (B3100534) About us: Pennine Security Solutions is an international security guard agency operating in the Tampa Bay area with a focus on residential / condominium security. We are ideally looking for team oriented, motivated, and professional individuals who can provide the best service to our clients and be a positive representative for our rapidly growing company. Pennine strives to find a good work/ life balance for all employees therefore schedules will always be discussed in the interview. We are looking for a part time individual who can work either first or second shift. Shifts run from Friday - Sunday Responsibilities • Provide outstanding and personalized customer service as a front-line representative of our client’s organizations • Conduct patrol rounds and inspections of the building and its equipment • Secure all entry points during specific time period • Monitor CCTV and card access systems • Respond to alarms by investigating and assessing the situation • Ensure that safety and emergency protocols are completed in response to Fire Alarms and other Site Emergencies • Provide assistance to people in need • Submit electronic reporting of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences • Operate and maintain an organized front desk/ gatehouse environment (if the sire requires it) • Provide accurate and detailed administrational work • Enforce of property rules in order to maintain the security and safety of our clients and their assets • Maintain safe working environment and follow the facilities health and safety procedures • Complete additional duties as assigned The Ideal candidate will possess: • Valid D Security Guard License issued by the state of Florida (unarmed officer) • High School diploma or GED is required • Must possess a valid and active Drivers License if assigned to drive a motor vehicle to provide Security Guard services • Exceptional customer service skills (Hospitality sector experience is always an asset) • Team building mentality and the ability to inspire and lead within a team • Outgoing personality who enjoys interacting with people on a professional level • Recognized certifications or experience is an advantage • Ability to work effectively and handle multiple situations simultaneously while providing quality service • Proficiency in conflict resolution and Ability to de-escalate situations effectively. • Exceptional report writing and communication skills • Effective access control capabilities • Computer literacy for digitalized tasks Benefits: • Competitive pay based on your experience and performance • Health and dental insurance for full time employees • Professional development assistance • Referral program • Employee acknowledgment program (employee of the month) • Equal opportunities for career growth How to apply: • Submit your resume through indeed.com • Send a resume to hr@pennineusa.com When attending the office, please bring your updated resume and Security Guard License.
