Penn Manufacturing Industries (PMI Group) is rapidly growing ISO 9001 provider of electro-mechanical assemblies and complex machined parts to the Semiconductor and Aerospace industry. PMI is actively searching for hands on Assembly Technicians to support its Electro-mechanical assembly operations . This position is responsible for leading the sub-assemblies of precision metal parts and electrical hardware (electrical, optical, etc) according to job packets/blueprints, with the ability to plan and perform complex electro-mechanical assemblies. Compensation will be commensurate with experience. Job description and skills 1) Read, interpret and follow assembly mechanical and electrical blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately assemble equipment and products 2) Experience reading and interpreting wire cable assembly drawings and with the assembly of wire cable assemblies 3) Root cause analysis experience 4) Assembly production management and supervisory experience a strong plus 5) Ability to produce a quality product with consistent accuracy while meeting production schedules 6) Possesses broad working knowledge of a wide range of hand and assembly tools 7) Mechanical inspection experience with some geometric dimensioning and tolerancing understanding (GD&T) 8) Ability to read & interpret technical manuals & work procedures 9) Must have critical thinking and problem solving skills 10) Minimum 2-5 years experience as a hands-on Penn Manufacturing Industries (PMI Group) is rapidly growing ISO 9001 provider of electro-mechanical assemblies and complex machined parts to the Semiconductor and Aerospace industry.
