Job Title: Senior Tax Credit Customer Service Representative Penmac Staffing is hiring Senior Tax Credit Customer Service Representatives for a seasonal assignment that could lead to a long-term opportunity for the right candidate. This role involves assisting county residents—primarily seniors—with applying for and renewing tax credit applications. Candidates should have strong customer service skills and excellent attention to detail. Responsibilities for Senior Tax Credit Customer Service Representative: • Provide face-to-face, phone, and email support to applicants. • Accurately enter and review data for tax credit applications. • Maintain professionalism and use de-escalation techniques when needed. • Ensure accuracy in spelling, typing, and reading comprehension. Requirements for Senior Tax Credit Customer Service Representative: • Previous experience in customer service or a service-related industry. • Strong active listening and communication skills (verbal and written). • High level of accuracy in data entry. • Ability to read and interpret documents. • Proficient with basic computer software. Preferred Qualifications: • Prior experience in data entry. • Experience in public service or working with seniors. Schedule and Pay: • Full-time, seasonal assignment from early January through mid-July 2026 (may start earlier). • Two shifts available: • 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM • 7:45 AM – 4:45 PM • Pay: $16 per hour.
