Role Description Pendulum is seeking a Director of Influencer Marketing to create, build and scale the company’s marketing initiatives across community and opinion leader platforms, including Influencer, Organic, and PR marketing. • Build and crystalize Pendulum’s leadership in gut microbiome health. • Develop and execute a vision to transform breakthrough microbiome science into human stories. • Unify Pendulum’s storytelling across channels to amplify and reinforce communication. • Design and scale a best-in-class influencer program. • Lead Pendulum’s organic platforms as an always-on hub for connection. • Grow Pendulum’s voice in media and cultural spaces. Qualifications • 7+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on influencer marketing, social media, and content strategy. • Several years in a managerial or director-level role. • Strong strategic planning and communication skills. • Experience in the health, wellness, or healthcare sector is a strong plus. • BA Required; MBA or Masters a plus. Requirements • Proven track record of executing campaigns that drive engagement, brand awareness, and measurable growth. • Ability to lead and mentor a team of marketers. • Demonstrated ability to combine creative storytelling with data-driven decision-making.
