About the Role We are seeking a dynamic, result-driven Sales Specialist to join our growing team in the United States. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in industrial sales, particularly within consumables or equipment for B2B clients. This is a remote role with excellent growth opportunities and a competitive compensation package. Key Responsibilities • Drive sales growth by identifying, developing, and closing opportunities with new and existing B2B clients. • Build strong, long-term customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor for industrial clients. • Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions across consumables and equipment. • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand market share. • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends. • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management. Qualifications & Requirements • Education: Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. • Experience: 4–6 years of industrial sales experience, specifically in consumables or equipment sales. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment. • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. • Self-motivated, independent, and capable of managing sales in a remote environment. • Willingness to travel within the United States as required. .
