Overview Responsibilities The Regional Ops Manager works closely with operations and practice leadership to drive optimum Practice Life Cycle Management including organizational dynamics, financial performance and same store growth, operational efficiency, safety advocacy and oversight in the assigned sub-region. Partner with operations and practice leadership to optimize practice lifecycle management, including organizational performance, financial results, growth, operational efficiency, and safety compliance across the sub‑region. Support practice staffing by helping manage clinical and non‑clinical staffing models to ensure appropriate coverage. Participate in meetings with physicians, practice teams, and hospital administrators to support operational and strategic alignment. Assist with contract management, including tracking hospital and employment agreements, coordinating negotiations, and partnering with legal on updates and renewals. Oversee onboarding of new physicians and key staff, serving as the liaison with shared services and supporting recruitment activities such as screening, requisition management, and interviews. Collaborate with Ambulatory Operations, Business Development, and Marketing to gather regional insights, support growth initiatives, and execute communication and promotional efforts. Participate in monthly financial reviews, analyze financial performance, and work with practice leaders to address variances and achieve profitability targets. Support the pro forma and budgeting process by providing financial data, coordinating with the Director of Operations, and assisting the finance team. Partner with the integration team to ensure seamless rollout of new pro formas and monitor implementation progress. Build and maintain strong relationships with practice leadership and physicians, supporting operational needs and problem resolution. Assist with systems training and workflow optimization to improve operational effectiveness. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Lean Certification Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: A minimum of 3 years' experience in financial mnagement and analysis including development of pro forma, contracting, business development, and physician relations Excellent written and verbal communication skills Critical thinker with the ability to logically evaluate all aspects of situations and problems to arrive at optimal solutions Strong negotiation skills with the ability to find collaborative and positive outcomes High degree of personal accountability, emotional intelligence, energy and entrepreneurial mindset. The expected pay for the position ranges from $90,000.00 - $196,000.00 per year. The actual pay range will be computed based on years of relevant experience. This position will have a bonus plan of up to 15% of annual salary based on exceeding performance metrics.
