Responsibilities As a Sr. Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic recruitment initiatives to meet the staffing needs of both hospital-based and outpatient clinical roles. This position manages the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, maintaining data accuracy, and delivering a positive and engaging candidate experience. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of specialized healthcare roles. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting through offer acceptance. Ensure all recruitment activities comply with organizational policies and healthcare regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and requisition data in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Create targested job postings and maintain distribution across selected platforms Provide a positive experience to candidates, ensuring timely communication and a professional process. Collaborate with HR, credentialing, and onboarding teams to ensure seamless transitions for new hires. Analyze recruitment metrics and adjust strategies to improve outcomes. Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience. Experience 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare. Proven success in high-volume recruiting and specialized hospital roles. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools. Skills Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail. Ability to adapt recruitment approaches for diverse and specialized positions. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
