Description At Pearster, we are looking for a Technical Partner Manager to work with a prominent American blockchain company. As a Technical Partner Manager in the Marketplace team, you will identify, onboard, and scale relationships with providers of Web3 APIs and services (“Marketplace add-ons”), directly strengthening the company's ecosystem. You will own partner sourcing motions, technically support onboarding fl ows, and drive revenue-impacting strategies that measurably expand Marketplace adoption and improve the developer experience. We’re looking for a proactive operator with strong API literacy, excellent relationship management skills, and a deep understanding of Web3 infrastructure trends. Responsibilities Conduct outbound sourcing across email, Telegram, and X to acquire high-value Web3 API and service providers, expanding Marketplace supply aligned with strategic priorities. Lead partners through the full onboarding lifecycle—technical scoping, integration support, QA validation, and go-live—ensuring fast and frictionless add-on deployments. Manage ongoing partner relationships through performance reviews, growth strategies, and rapid support for ad-hoc requests. Audit Marketplace add-on conversion funnels and UX to identify gaps, deliver recommendations, and drive measurable usage improvements. Validate and test API functionality using tools like cURL or Postman before and after launch to maintain a reliable, consistent developer experience. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Content to build go-to-market strategies, support launch promotions, and publish clear product documentation. Attend industry events to identify emerging Web3 service categories, strengthen relationships, and represent the company's ecosystem. Build SQL-based dashboards in Metabase to report on Marketplace usage, adoption patterns, and partner-driven revenue impact. Develop scalable playbooks that optimize partner onboarding, accelerate revenue generation, and improve Marketplace operational efficiency. Requirements Strong understanding of Web3 ecosystems, developer needs, and the provider landscape, with the ability to identify high-value partner opportunities. Demonstrated ownership mindset with experience driving 0→1 initiatives and delivering measurable outcomes. Highly responsive communication and partner support skills with a strong track record of cross-functional alignment. Proven experience managing and growing partner relationships within Web3, devtools, SaaS, APIs, or infrastructure categories. High-level understanding of REST and RPC APIs with the ability to support partner integrations and troubleshoot issues. Hands-on experience interacting with APIs via cURL, Postman, or similar tools. Ability to write basic SQL queries and leverage Metabase or comparable BI tools for insights and reporting.
