Do you dream of a role where you can connect with people and transform lives — all while working remotely? We’re seeking NeuroNan’s first Operations Analyst. You will be the backbone of our internal processes including budget and planning operations, supporting both NeuroNav’s clients and Navigators. You’ll lead the creation and organization of client documentation, draft and track budgets, and strengthen NeuroNav's relationships with the State of California’s Regional Centers to ensure clients achieve their goals in a timely manner. This role requires exceptional attention to detail and offers significant scope to drive operational excellence. From refining budget management workflows to developing automation solutions, your contributions will make systems more scalable, adaptable, and sustainable, ultimately expanding NeuroNav’s mission to serve neurodiverse adults. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for adults with developmental disabilities through simplicity and choice. We specialize in helping families navigate a specific California state funded program called Self-Determination, which offers more creative and custom choice as to how to leverage state funds. About NeuroNav Founded at Stanford in 2020, with support from the Stanford Innovation Fellowship, Pear VC and Core Innovation Capital, NeuroNav drives new vision and change in disability by creating personalized care plans and connecting our neurodivergent clients with virtual Care Navigators who help manage their benefits. Last year, we supported hundreds of individuals in accessing life-changing services, and we’re on track to quadruple our impact next year. Responsibilities include: Self Determination Plans – Document Organization & Automation - Organize and maintain Self Determination Plans for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, utilizing Google Drive to ensure accurate documentation that aligns with each client's unique goals and supports NeuroNav’s Navigators and Clients. Budget & Spending Management – Accuracy and Compliance - Draft and assist NeuroNav Navigators in crafting Budget and Spending Plans, optimizing our existing Google Sheets process. Project Management – Workflow Coordination & Tracking - Coordinate the complete our Self-Determination Program enrollment journey from orientation through Independent Facilitation renewals, managing workflows across Navigators, clients, and Regional Centers using Google Suite and project tracking tools to ensure seamless service delivery. Special Projects – Innovation & Process Improvement - You will drive NeuroNav's operational excellence by developing intelligent templates and automation solutions that enhance our internal efficiency, allowing us to serve additional clients. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent 4+ years of professional experience MS Office or Google Suite Experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Great collaborator who is able to build rapport quickly with our team Preferred: CRM System Experience (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar) Job Details: Compensation: $30–$40 per hour Contract Duration: 3–6 month contract, with potential to transition into a full-time role Work Hours: Part-time, 20–30 hours per week
