About The Role We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager with expertise in ad tech or digital publishing to join our leadership team.This role involves leading the strategy and execution of our digital customer acquisition and monetization platform.You will work closely with marketers and engineers to develop scalable solutions that drive customer acquisition at a large scale. The ideal candidate is data-driven, collaborative, and adept at transforming ambiguity into clarity.You possess a strategic vision, hands-on technical experience, and strong execution skills.You’ll lead cross-functional teams, aligning engineering, design, data science, and executive stakeholders to shape and drive product direction.A deep understanding of the dynamic digital advertising landscape is essential. Responsibilities • Collaborate with marketing, data, and business intelligence teams to extract data-driven insights that will directly inform product planning and feature development. • Proactively develop a clear product strategy and vision for our consumer-facing websites and acquisition tools, focusing on enhancing marketing workflows, increasing conversions, and maximizing revenue. • Lead the introduction of compelling new products and optimize revenue generation at key conversion points across our owned and operated websites. • Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, and content teams to innovate, launch, and iterate on high-growth product features. • Define and articulate detailed business requirements and user stories. • Effectively manage prioritization and trade-offs among various initiatives on the product roadmap. • Own and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), driving the adoption of new features based on performance insights. Skills & Qualifications • 5+ years of product management experience in digital marketing and advertising technology. • Proven ability to manage products in fast-paced, highly cross-functional, agile environments. • Strong data-driven mindset with advanced skills in analytics and experimentation. • Results-focused, with the ability to be resourceful and adaptive when necessary. • A proactive, results-driven attitude, capable of driving projects forward and escalating when necessary to ensure business value. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. • Ability to break down complex, ambiguous problems into well-reasoned, innovative solutions. • Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to foster alignment among stakeholders. • Demonstrated success in significantly improving marketing metrics such as conversion rates, engagement, and revenue.
