Position Overview Peak Vitality is seeking a Wellness Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, streamline processes, and ensure an exceptional client experience. This role is ideal for a highly organized, results-driven leader with strong business acumen, operational expertise, and a passion for health and wellness. The Clinic Operations Manager will be responsible for optimizing efficiency, managing staff, tracking key performance metrics, and implementing strategic initiatives to drive growth and success. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth workflow and an outstanding client experience. • Manage and train front desk, recovery, fitness, and aesthetics staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable, efficient, and aligned with Peak Vitality’s mission. • Develop, implement, and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and consistency. • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including revenue, client retention, service utilization, and operational costs. • Collaborate with the medical and wellness teams to optimize the integration of fitness, recovery, and weight loss services. • Ensure compliance with all clinical, legal, and safety regulations. • Manage scheduling, staffing, and facility maintenance to ensure peak efficiency. • Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies and equipment as needed. • Work closely with the Marketing/Client Acquisition Manager to support business growth and client engagement initiatives. • Handle client concerns, feedback, and escalations with professionalism and a customer-first approach. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Exercise Science, or a related field preferred. • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in clinic, wellness, or healthcare operations management. • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Experience with staff training, scheduling, and performance management. • Proficient in spreadsheets, data analysis, and KPI tracking. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Knowledge of biohacking, fitness, recovery, and wellness technologies is a plus. • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
