Transformational Coach (1099 | Learn & Earn) Company: Peak Transformation University (PTU) Location: Remote (U.S. & International) Type: Independent Contractor (1099) • Flexible • Fee-for-service Compensation: Paid per session (1:1 & group facilitation) or by project Why Peak Transformation University™ (PTU)? The Opportunity (earn while you serve) Designed for professionals who want to add a meaningful income stream or transition into purpose-centered work—without giving up schedule control. You’ll take on project-based and session-based assignments with PTU, matched to demonstrated excellence and availability. How You Earn • 1:1 Paid Sessions — 30-minute client sessions (paid per delivered session) • Group Facilitation — 60-minute small-group/cohort labs (paid per facilitated session) • Projects/Events — Workshops, pilots, special initiatives (paid per project) Compensation is tied to services or projects delivered. No set hours and no guaranteed income. Opportunities are matched to quality and availability, with an internal development path to added projects, visibility, and compensation. Structure & Compliance • 1099 contractor role; set your own schedule with flexible, project-based assignments through PTU • Fee-for-service (per session) and project-based compensation; payouts per PTU’s current schedule and policies • Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, expenses, and business compliance • Opportunities open where legally permissible; not an offer of employment Compensation model: fee-for-service only (per session/project). No downlines • No quotas • No inventory buys • No referral-commission pay What You’ll Do • Coach the whole person toward outcomes that show up in behavior and results • Run 1:1 or small-group sessions; set clear contracts, boundaries, and consent; stay within scope and triage/escalate when needed • Map goals with the 3-Pillar System™; apply PTU’s deeper methodology and tools as appropriate • Track progress with simple markers/KPIs on a clear cadence • Represent PTU with professionalism in all client and partner interactions You Might Be a Fit If… • You want to earn from purposeful work—as your main focus or a second line of income • You’ve led others through change (education, coaching, org development/People & Culture, wellness, ministry, operations, or leadership) • People trust you when the stakes are human; you’re steady, ethical, and results-minded • You communicate clearly and operate reliably in a remote environment Minimum Qualifications • PTU-certified or willing to complete PTU certification upon acceptance (CHPC or CHPL) • 1–2 years in coaching, mentoring, leadership, facilitation, education, or related fields • 18+ and legally authorized to operate as an independent contractor in your country/region Nice-to-Haves • Experience with video-based sessions and cohort facilitation • Familiarity with outcome tracking and feedback loops • Trauma-informed awareness and ethical boundaries • Comfortable using AI for idea organization (final deliverables are your own voice) How to Apply • 2–3 min video intro: https://www.videoask.com/fyetya6y5 • (Who you are, your why, and a moment you helped someone transform.) • Not yet PTU-certified?
