This position involves working in the cleaning/passivation work center, with a primary responsibility for completing secondary operations on components. You will follow work instructions and receive guidance through written or verbal direction. Team collaboration is emphasized, and you will work under direct supervision to become familiar with procedures. Responsibilities • Perform simple to medium complexity tasks related to customer-specific process requirements, ensuring comprehension of documentation requirements. • Verify system conditions or equipment status before operation. • Inspect components to ensure specifications have been met. • Enter data as required. • Train other employees on production processes or equipment usage as requested by the Supervisor. • Maintain a clean and safe work area. • Follow instructions from the Supervisor and/or Production Manager, conducting all work according to company policy and safe labor practices. • Safely use laser radiation (non-ionizing) sources, considering various wavelengths of laser light for personal protection. • Maintain a professional and appropriate demeanor, upholding a high standard of conduct and job performance. Required Qualifications • Minimum one year of experience in a manufacturing environment. • High School Diploma or equivalent, or completion of primary school in Costa Rica. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with automated or manual inspection equipment. • Familiarity with ISO Quality Systems, particularly in medical device manufacturing. • Use of optical inspection equipment, such as a magnifier, microscope, or equipment used for measuring capacity.
