Description Are you confident on the phone and energized by high-volume outbound calling? Peak Support is looking for experienced Outbound CSRs who thrive in fast-paced environments and know how to connect, influence, and deliver results through proactive outreach. In this role, you will handle a large volume of outbound calls daily, engaging customers, gathering information, resolving concerns, and driving positive outcomes through clear communication and persistence. We’re Looking For Individuals With • Strong outbound calling experience, preferably in a BPO or sales-driven environment • Proven ability to handle high call volumes (hundreds of outbound calls per day) • Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident, professional phone presence • Experience managing objections and navigating real-time conversations effectively • Ability to follow scripts while sounding natural and engaging • Comfort working in voice-heavy or blended programs • Strong time management skills and resilience in repetitive, target-driven work • High attention to detail for documenting call outcomes and next steps • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Willingness to complete all required training and meet performance metrics • Flexibility to work shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays Peak Support and our Work-from-Home PLUS model At Peak Support, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients and an exceptional work environment for our team members. Requirements To be successful in this role, you must have: • 2+ years of outbound calling experience (about 800+ calls), preferably in sales, collections, lead generation, or customer outreach • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding call and productivity targets • Strong problem-solving skills and quick decision-making during live calls • Ability to remain professional, patient, and persuasive in challenging conversations • Adaptability to changing scripts, processes, and campaign goals • Proficiency in basic computer tools and CRM systems • Consistent attendance and reliability in a performance-driven environment
