Peak Performers has partnered with a Managed Care Organization to assist in their search for a Financial Analyst 4. In this contract to hire position you will handle month end close, revenue and balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, and excel reporting. You will also work on Medicaid reporting to meet deliverables and create quarterly reports. Major Duties • Direct the preparation of financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, and analyses of future earnings or expenses, that summarize and forecast the organization’s financial position. • Prepare special reports required by regulatory authorities. • Direct the organization’s budgets to meet its financial goals. • Oversee the investment of funds, manage associated risks, supervise cash management activities. • Execute capital-raising strategies to support a firm’s expansion. • Oversee the firm’s issuance of credit, establishing credit-rating criteria, determining credit ceilings, and monitoring the collections of past-due accounts. What are we looking for? • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related financial discipline required.
