Peak is currently expanding their operations department and is looking for a “ROCKSTAR” Vice President of Operations to oversee the day-to-day activities of the company portfolio, ensuring multi-state properties are managed and performing efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities: Organizes and oversees the work and schedules of 3-4 regional managers with 75+ employees in total. Oversees company portfolio, ensuring each property is reaching its goals set by property and company leadership. Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business procedures. Implements policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations. Ensures work environments are adequate and safe. Oversees company portfolio, ensuring each property is reaching its goals set by property and company leadership. Plans, directs, controls, implements, evaluates, monitors, and forecasts budgets and cost of operations in each property to achieve financial objectives. Improves customer service and satisfaction through policy and procedural changes. Leads coordination and integration of efforts among operations with technology, accounting, and human resources areas to produce smoother workflow and more cost-effective business processes. Projects a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and community. Required Skills: Thorough understanding of practices, theories, and policies involved in property management. Working knowledge of EOS Traction. Superior verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Superior managerial and diplomacy skills. Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree. Extensive and diversified background with at least 10 years of related experience. Previous management of 5,000+ units in a portfolio. Managed multi-sites, in a dynamic multifamily environment with assets across the spectrum from working class to Class A product. Why come work for us?
