Job Summary: As the Head of Content at Peachybbies, you'll lead the charge in shaping our brand's content arm. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that every member of your team has the tools and support to create innovative content that aligns with our company standards and maximizes engagement within our community. Collaborating closely with Company Leadership, you'll set and achieve ambitious goals for audience growth on our digital platforms and drive sales for our products off platform. The ideal candidate is deeply immersed in digital content consumption and possesses a profound understanding of the creator landscape. Who You Are • A digital content leader with a pulse on culture, trends, and the creator economy • A strategic thinker who can translate business goals into engaging, shareable content • A collaborative communicator who thrives in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment • A creative problem-solver who sees opportunity in every challenge • A results-driven manager who inspires and empowers teams to do their best work Key Responsibilities: • Partner with leadership and in-house creators to align brand vision with content and product strategy • Lead, grow, and mentor a high-performing content team—including recruiting top creative and production talent • Oversee our content studio and all physical productions, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality output • Develop scalable workflows and processes that improve efficiency and elevate creative standards • Manage production schedules, budgets, and deliverables while adapting quickly to last-minute product changes • Seamlessly integrate PeachyBbies products into content, supporting launches with a dynamic promotions calendar • Drive audience growth across social platforms, leveraging deep knowledge of algorithms and engagement strategies • Manage inbound branded content opportunities and build strong partnerships with agencies and brands Qualifications & Skills: • 5+ years in a senior content or production leadership role (YouTube/social-first experience strongly preferred) • Proven track record of scaling digital audiences (e.g., growing from 1M+ subscribers to 8-figure reach) • Experience leading creative teams and managing full production cycles • Strong knowledge of digital content trends, platform algorithms, and cross-platform strategy • Excellent communication, creative, and organizational skills • Proficiency with Google Suite, Slack, and project management tools • Experience driving off-platform conversions through content is a plus Work Environment Conditions: • Fast-paced, highly collaborative creative environment • Regular use of computers, video editing software, and multimedia equipment • Frequent communication and coordination with creative, content, and production teams • Prolonged periods of sitting and computer-based work • Occasional lifting or moving of production equipment (up to 25 lbs) • Work is performed in a combination of open office areas and a dedicated post-production suite • Sensory-rich environment with exposure to video, audio, bright lighting, and colorful products Schedule This is a full-time, on-site role based in Austin, TX. Standard hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with occasional evenings and weekends as needed to support production schedules, product launches, or special events.
