Location: Richardson, TX | Payrate: $20.00 per hour | Schedule: 1st shift 7:00am - 4:00pm PDS Tech Commercial is growing our team of Quality Assurance Inline Inspectors in Richardson, TX. Key Responsibilities • Conduct thorough visual inspections of assembled cabinets to ensure compliance with strict specifications. • Perform incoming material inspections, verifying components against engineering drawings and inspection plans. • Utilize advanced inspection tools (microscopes, optical comparators, CMMs, calipers, multimeters, etc.) to measure part dimensions accurately. • Identify, document, and support corrective actions for non-conforming materials. • Train and mentor inspectors, providing expertise on incoming and in-process quality control. • Support First Article Assessments (FAA) and approvals to maintain compliance and quality standards. • Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing quality processes for maximum efficiency and precision. What You Bring Required Qualifications • Experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment. • Ability to interpret customer drawings and inspection plans to determine material acceptance. • Proficiency in precision measuring equipment, including calipers, vision systems, and multimeters. • Strong knowledge of industry quality standards and manufacturing processes. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Agile, ETQ, Qspec, and other quality systems. • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze and improve inspection processes.
