Job Description: Before you apply, please note: This is an remote role open to candidates residing in any of PDQ's open states (see below for a list). As Partner Marketing Manager at PDQ, you’ll build and scale our reseller partner marketing program from the ground up. This person will take us from 0 to 1 by defining the strategy, structure, and execution of programs that empower resellers to market, sell, and be successful with PDQ. In this role, you will create and manage training and enablement materials, develop campaigns in a box, lead co-marketing efforts, and establish clear rules of engagement for our reseller partners. You’ll collaborate closely with Growth, Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline through the channel. This is a high-impact, hands-on role that requires both strategic thinking and the willingness to roll up your sleeves to execute. You’ll play a key role in shaping how PDQ partners with resellers long-term. How you’ll spend your day: Design and launch PDQ’s reseller partner marketing program, including structure, tiers, benefits, and rules of engagement Build and manage co-marketing campaigns such as webinars, content, events, and digital programs to drive awareness and demand Develop campaigns in a box, training and enablement materials, and other marketing collateral that help partners market, sell, and be successful with PDQ Collaborate with Product Marketing, Brand, Growth, and Sales teams to align messaging, assets, and go-to-market efforts across partner channels Serve as the main marketing contact for key partners, building strong relationships and understanding their business goals Track, measure, and report on campaign performance and overall partner program impact Experiment with new partner marketing tactics and document learnings to refine PDQ’s partner strategy Continuously improve tools, assets, and resources to enhance the partner experience and increase engagement We’re looking for people who have: 5-7 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, ideally in partner, product, or demand generation roles A proven track record of planning and executing co-marketing campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail Experience managing and measuring programs across paid, owned, and partner channels Excellent collaboration skills – you work well with Sales, Product, and Marketing to align on goals and deliver results A test-and-learn mindset with attention to detail and a bias for action Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and analytics platforms that help track and improve funnel performance The ability to think strategically and execute quickly, translating positioning into pipeline Comfort leading external-facing moments like webinars, community sessions, or field events, with an emphasis on authenticity over polish Tools we use: Slack Asana Microsoft 365 Zoom Hubspot Salesforce Sigma Do you think you have what it takes but don’t necessarily meet all the requirements?
