Who We Are PCMI (Policy Claim Management International) is a fast-growing, leading provider of integrated software for Extended Warranty Management and Finance and Insurance (F&I) administration. Our 3 teams located in the US, Poland, and Thailand work collaboratively around the clock to build our PCRS platform that automates the full administration lifecycle of all extended warranties, F&I products, and service contracts for our customers. Job Summary In this role, you’ll be responsible for growing PCMI’s business with automotive OEMs by developing strategic relationships and supporting OEMs in designing their internal infrastructure to support Vehicle Service Contracts (VSC) and ancillary products aligned with their warranty programs. This role will demonstrate deep expertise in OEM sales or consulting, with a strong emphasis on a consultative selling approach and strategic business planning. Essential Functions • Identify and initiate contact with OEM prospects via follow-up calls and emails from researched leads, cold calls, web leads, assigned leads, and industry contacts. • Participate and engage in an effective and efficient sales strategy. • Interacting with and presenting to high-level and C-suite executives. • Collaborate cross functionally; Lead interdepartmental team in sales engagement. • Learn PCMI’s PCRS platform to be able to schedule and perform high level product demonstrations with potential customers. • Learn/understand PCMI’s position in the Extended Warranty and Service Contract Industry. • Develop tailored business plans with OEM partners to help them build internal capabilities for VSC and ancillary product programs. • Conduct high-level product demonstrations of PCMI’s PCRS platform tailored to OEM needs. • Collaborate with OEM stakeholders to define success metrics and implementation roadmaps. • Maintain accounts on potential/current clients with information using HubSpot and PCMI SharePoint folders; Conduct research on prospective customers (i.e., develop relationship roadmaps). • Inform internal team members (Trainer, Solutions Team, SME’s) about prospective customers’ demonstration requests. • Attend various conferences and industry trade shows events throughout the year to promote PCMI’s PCRS product. Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field or equivalent work experience. • At least 7 years of prior sales experience. • Proficient Automotive OEM (original equipment manufacturer) Sales. • Proven success in developing and executing strategic sales plans with OEMs. • Successfully achieving and managing a sales quota. • Experience using CRM platforms like HubSpot and LinkedIn for CRM/sales purposes. • Software sales experience, preferably in a SaaS based environment. • Software industry experience in Automotive Aftermarket products, preferred. • Knowledge of Third-Party Administration platforms for F&I Products, preferred. • Relevant industry experience or understanding (Auto, Extended Warranty, Services Contracts), preferred. Travel Requirements • Must be able to travel to client meetings; up to 15-20% Work Environment • Able to travel to Park Ridge, IL office, as needed. • This position is open to remote candidates with the right experience. The Pay Range For This Role Is 110,000 - 130,000 USD per year(PCMI US)
