Full Description

Job Title: Quality Analyst Department: Product & Technology Reports To: Sr. Director, Quality and Operational Excellence Location: North America, Australia or UK Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) Status: Exempt Summary The Quality Analyst will play a significant role in the internally governance of the council by conducting assisting in the development, maintenance and periodic internal audits, as well as contributing to other Council program initiatives. The Quality Analyst will work directly internal stakeholders within the PCI Council, industry stakeholders and external accreditation bodies. What You Will Be Doing In This Role • Review and approve updates to internal documentation which supports the Council's governance system. • Perform internal audits against applicable ISO standards. • Performing remediation and monitoring of Corrective Action and Preventative Actions. • Provide education and training to internal staff with regards to the quality requirements to enable stakeholder buy in. • Work with external bodies to facilitate external accreditations to enable compliance audits. • Assist in providing awareness training to internal Council staff and other stakeholders. What You Will Bring To This Role • Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to express thoughts clearly, know how to listen and contribute to a team environment. • Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work with participants with both diverse and robust convictions and perspectives. • Must be flexible, proactive, self-starter, quick to learn and have a can-do attitude. • Must have a blend of curiosity, creativity, persistence, commitment, passion, and optimism. • Strong organization and time-management skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Education & Experience • Minimum of 5+ years of quality management experience. • Knowledge of ISO standards, such as ISO9001, ISO17000 series and ISO27001. • Working knowledge with payments industry. • Working knowledge in internal audit methodologies. • Previous experience managing Corrective and Preventative Actions. • Strong comprehension skills for understanding information security best practices. The starting minimum salary for this role is $80,000 USD annually, plus bonus. The final compensation will be based on skills, experience, geographic location, and other relevant factors.
