As PCH expands into new product initiatives, creative execution plays a central role in driving engagement, trust, and conversion at scale. Role Summary We are seeking a hands-on Creative Lead to support creative execution for new consumer-facing products within the PCH ecosystem. This role blends content production, paid creative development, and brand stewardship. You will create and ship high-quality creative across organic and paid channels, ensuring consistency with PCH’s trusted, consumer-friendly identity while optimizing for performance. This is an execution-focused role for someone who can move efficiently, think commercially, and produce creative that supports measurable business outcomes. What You’ll Own Content & Social Execution Manage and execute organic social presence across platforms (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) Develop short-form video and static content aligned with product launches and campaigns Maintain a structured content calendar supporting business priorities Ensure all content reflects PCH’s brand standards and consumer trust positioning Paid & Performance Creative Design and produce paid creative across Meta, Google, TikTok, etc Develop multiple variations per campaign to support structured testing Iterate creative based on CTR, CVR, engagement, and acquisition performance Partner with Growth and BI to align creative output with performance data Production & Execution Oversee product and lifestyle photography where applicable Edit video assets for paid and organic distribution Execute efficient concept-to-delivery workflows Creative Systems & Standards Build repeatable creative formats and campaign templates Develop structured launch playbooks for new initiatives Maintain organized asset libraries and documentation What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days) Consistent weekly creative output aligned with campaign goals At least one high-performing creative format identified and scaled Clear, cohesive visual direction aligned with PCH brand standards Demonstrable improvement in paid creative performance Required Experience 3–6+ years in ecommerce, consumer products, gaming, media, or subscription businesses Strong proficiency in video editing and design tools Experience producing performance-driven creative Ability to balance brand consistency with performance optimization Strong organizational discipline and execution speed This Role Is Not A pure art direction or brand only position A strategy only leadership role A loosely structured creative environment Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus a range of additional voluntary benefits 401(k) with company match Flexible PTO and 15 paid holidays to rest and reset Remote-first culture with home office stipend Professional development budget 12 weeks of paid family leave to celebrate life’s biggest moments PCH Digital LCC is an equal opportunity employer.
