As PCH evolves its ecommerce and subscription offerings, creative leadership is essential to elevate brand perception while driving measurable performance. Role Summary We are seeking a Creative Director to lead creative strategy and execution across PCH Shopping and new ecommerce initiatives. This role owns the evolution of visual identity, campaign direction, and creative systems, ensuring all consumer touchpoints reflect PCH’s trusted brand while improving engagement and conversion. This is both a strategic and operational leadership role, balancing brand stewardship with commercial outcomes. What You’ll Own Brand Leadership Define and evolve the visual identity across shopping and membership experiences Ensure brand consistency across paid media, onsite, lifecycle, and product surfaces Maintain clear brand guidelines and documentation Campaign & Commercial Creative Lead creative direction for major promotions and product initiatives Partner with Growth and Retention to align creative with performance objectives Raise the quality and clarity of promotional storytelling Creative Systems & Scale Build repeatable templates and production frameworks Improve creative velocity without sacrificing quality Establish review and quality control processes Cross-Functional Leadership Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Retention, and BI Ensure creative supports business KPIs (conversion, retention, revenue) Provide clear direction and feedback to designers and creators What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days) Clear creative direction for PCH Shopping Improved consistency across paid and onsite experiences Identified areas to elevate brand perception and trust Established scalable creative workflows Required Experience 7–10+ years in creative leadership roles Experience in ecommerce, consumer brands, or subscription businesses Strong understanding of performance marketing Proven ability to balance brand integrity with commercial goals This Role Is Not A purely conceptual brand role An execution only designer role A siloed creative function - performance accountability is core to success Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus a range of additional voluntary benefits 401(k) with company match Flexible PTO and 15 paid holidays to rest and reset Remote-first culture with home office stipend Professional development budget 12 weeks of paid family leave to celebrate life’s biggest moments PCH Digital LCC is an equal opportunity employer.
