Full Description

About the Role The Automotive industry moves fast, with tight schedules, demanding customers, and constantly shifting supply chains. As a Solution Architect focused on Automotive, you help organizations make sense of that complexity through thoughtful solution design, strong industry understanding, and a calm, practical approach. You’ll support both Sales and Implementation teams, guiding customers through discovery, design, and delivery. Your goal is simple but meaningful: help them run better, with solutions that are realistic, scalable, and built to last. What You’ll Do Sales & Discovery • Conduct discovery sessions that uncover KPIs, OEM compliance requirements, and operational constraints. • Support sales cycles with tailored demonstrations highlighting features like repetitive manufacturing, EDI, scheduling, and supplier collaboration. • Translate business drivers—quality, throughput, traceability—into clear Infor CloudSuite solution strategies. Solution Design & Implementation • Lead design workshops across order management, planning, manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics. • Model industry-specific processes such as sequencing, line scheduling, kanban, supplier schedules, and automotive quality loops. • Guide testing, cutover, and go-live, ensuring the solution stays true to industry best practices. • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to create cohesive, future-ready architecture. Technical & Integration Leadership • Support integration design for EDI, logistics partners, MES, forecasting tools, and OEM portals. • Help customers adopt cloud architecture principles around security, extensibility, and performance. • Balance standard Infor CloudSuite functionality with necessary extensions—always keeping maintainability in mind. Continuous Improvement & Learning • Stay current with Infor CloudSuite roadmap updates and evolving automotive requirements. • Capture lessons learned to refine PCG accelerators and design templates. • Invest in personal growth—new tools, new patterns, new ways of helping customers succeed. What You Bring • Experience implementing Infor CloudSuite LN or SyteLine for automotive suppliers or OEM-focused environments preferred • Will consider ERP experience with QAD, Plex, DELMIAWorks, SAP S/4HANA, etc. Please ensure automotive experience is evident in application. • Strong understanding of sequencing, planning, repetitive manufacturing, supplier collaboration, and EDI flows. • Clear communication skills and the ability to simplify complex workflows. • A mindset rooted in humility, continuous learning, and long-term customer care.
