About the Role Aerospace & Defence environments demand precision, traceability, compliance, and disciplined execution. This role is built for someone who understands those pressures and can guide customers through designing solutions that meet both operational needs and regulatory expectations. You’ll work across the full lifecycle—sales discovery, solution design, implementation leadership—and help organizations adopt Infor CloudSuite in a way that strengthens control, quality, and competitiveness. What You’ll Do Sales Support & Industry Discovery • Participate in early conversations to understand compliance frameworks (ITAR, export control), configuration complexity, and program-driven requirements. • Deliver demos highlighting capabilities like project-based manufacturing, serialization, tooling management, and quality compliance. • Build trust with prospects by focusing on feasibility, governance, and long-term maintainability. Solution Architecture & Delivery • Lead process design across engineering, configuration control, project management, production, quality, and aftermarket service. • Architect solutions that support multi-level BOM structures, effectiveness, traceability, non-conformance, and corrective action flows. • Guide teams through testing cycles, readiness reviews, cutover tasks, and go-live execution. • Protect the integrity of the solution across modules, sites, and programs. Technical & Integration Guidance • Support integration strategies for PLM, CAD, MES, quality systems, and defense reporting tools. • Define secure, scalable configurations aligned with cloud architecture principles. • Help clients navigate data migration challenges—serial numbers, historic lots, engineering revisions. Continuous Learning & Improvement • Stay engaged with emerging A&D trends and Infor CloudSuite enhancements for engineering, planning, and compliance. • Contribute to internal standards that help project teams design more consistently and confidently. • Foster a learning culture—because in A&D, details matter, and staying sharp is part of the job. What You Bring • Background in implementing Infor CloudSuite LN or SyteLine for A&D customers preferred. • Will consider experience in other related ERP's, such as IFS Cloud, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud ERP, Cetec ERP, etc. Please ensure your application exhibits industrial expertise in aerospace & defense, for full and appropriate consideration. • Experience with complex manufacturing, project structures, quality management, and engineering change control. • Ability to communicate clearly with engineering teams, program managers, and executives. • A steady, thoughtful approach grounded in accuracy, curiosity, and long-term partnership.
